Consultation Fees and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking considering us for your nutrition care and support. We like to be upfront with all anticipated costs for your consultations. Please note that when you book an appointment with us, we block out that time to be dedicated to you alone, and minimise any delays. We know that your time is valuable, and we ask that you respect the time of our consultants as well. Last minute cancellations are difficult to fill, therefore we have a cancellation policy in place.
***Please note a $50 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment. At the time of booking your appointment, your card details will be stored securely on our system, and future appointments will be charged to this card.
Cancellation fees are applied after the text message reminder is sent out two days before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling after this time will incur a fee as follows:
