Referral information:

Please send referrals to hello@empoweredeats.com or fax to 08 7078 0885.

We accept Team Care Arrangements, please make them out to 'Empowered Eats'. Please include a GPMP or letter with your referral. Similarly, we accept DVA patients.

Please note some out of pocket expenses will apply as we are not a bulk billing clinic.

​

We also accept private patients. Should you want to refer patients privately, please send a referral letter. We welcome patients without referrals.

​

We are registered with most health funds, so private patients are able to claim a rebate should they have dietetics cover.
